In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form and void, and darkness was over the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.(Genesis 1:2) ESV
There’s a school of thought that the creation we live in was made from the remnants of an earlier one. In this narrative Genesis 1:1 describes a creation which was destroyed before the creative process begins in Genesis 1:2.

The earth was without form and void, and darkness was over the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.(Genesis 1:2) ESV
The nature of free will is such that an individual can choose light or darkness. How can there be free will unless a choice is available? The Lord had to create a universe in which darkness exists.

Now the message that we have heard from his Son and announce is this: God is light, and there is no darkness at all in him.(1 John 1:5) Good News Translation
In the beginning God the father is Alpha, the proton (Hydrogen, H+) which is light. The Holy spirit is omega Oxygen (ΩO2-). These are the elemental spirits of the universe H+ and ΩO2-, Alpha and Omega.

This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created man, in the likeness of God made he him; Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created. (Genesis 5:1-2) KJV
The Holy Trinity is the origin of gender. God refers to himself as male, Alpha, the Father. Jesus Christ, the begotten, is the Son. Simple deduction gives the gender of the Holy Spirit, Omega, to be female.

The wall was built of jasper, while the city was pure gold, like clear glass.(Revelation 21:18) ESV
How do we know that the next life is constructed from a series of elements which we have no earthly counterparts for? It’s not possible to make gold pure enough that it becomes transparent like glass.

And those of the circumcision who believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out on the Gentiles also.(Acts 10:45) NKJV
In the particle trinity which we deduced from the first two verses of Genesis, the Holy Spirit is Omega, Oxygen. However, the Holy Spirit can’t be just any Oxygen, or everyone would be filled with the Holy Spirit all the time.

So we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day. For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.(2 Corinthians 4:16-18) NKJV
We (that’s me and the Holy spirit) have an illustration from Physics that shows how Biblical literalists don’t have an inkling of the extent to which the Bible can be taken literally.

Now in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went to them, walking on the sea. And when the disciples saw Him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, “It is a ghost!” And they cried out for fear.(Matthew 14:25-26) NKJV
Pastors and preachers talk about how Peter started walking on water but when he took his eyes off Jesus he began to sink. We (that’s me and the Holy spirit) want to make this passage about Jesus, not Peter.

“I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”(Revelation 1:8) KJV
The Lord Jesus refers to Himself as the Alpha and the Omega. There’s more than one way to understand this, but it’s possible to use deduction to ascertain which is the correct one.

But who can endure the day of his coming, and who can stand when he appears? For he is like a refiner’s fire and like fullers’ soap.(Malachi 3:2) ESV
The coming judgment of God is described as like being washed with strong soap. The word translated “soap” has a direct application in Chemistry. Are we surprised? No, God really is a chemist.
