It’s not hard to imagine the conversation between Ananias and Sapphira:
- Sapphira: wow, that’s a lot of money.
- Ananias: yep, now we can give it to the apostles.
- Sapphira: all of it?
- Ananias: what do you mean?
- Sapphira: well, they don’t know how much it is, why do we have to give them all of it…
