This article is sophomoric drivel with no scientific value at all. However it does contain a smoking gun quote which demonstrates the circular nature of stellar parallax.

Yep. if you assume heliocentricity you can use stellar parallax to confirm heliocentricity.
It is a prevailing belief that space flights are planned using a heliocentric model of our solar system, and therefore Geocentrosphericity is impossible. This is the worst kind of scientific superficiality possible.
Firstly, heliocentricity is a theoretical model of the empirical Geocentrospheric reality. As such they coexist but one is real and the other is imaginary.
Secondly, all space flights start on the earth and many of them end back here, they are inherently Geocentrospheric. All space missions are tracked and controlled from the earth so they are empirically Geocentrospheric.

Stellar parallax is used to “verify” that the Earth is moving but it’s dependent upon the A priori assumption that the Earth is moving. In case you weren’t sure, that’s circular reasoning.

Measurable parallax would be proof that the Earth isn’t at the center of God’s creation in which case the issue of whether or not God created it has new significance. Unfortunately Galileo couldn’t find any parallax.

The Bible describes the Sun either standing still or going backwards so it seems appropriate to examine the account of creation to see if the scripture could actually accommodate a Geocentrospheric system.
