And that is how the universe was created.
When the Lord God made the universe, there were no plants on the earth and no seeds had sprouted, because he had not sent any rain, and there was no one to cultivate the land; but water would come up from beneath the surface and water the ground.

The narrative of Genesis 2 picks up with a broad synopsis of the creative process necessary to provide an environment where intelligent sentient beings, including Homo sapiens, will live.

“Have you given the horse strength? Have you clothed his neck with thunder? Can you frighten him like a locust? His majestic snorting strikes terror. He paws in the valley, and rejoices in his strength; He gallops into the clash of arms. He mocks at fear, and is not frightened; Nor does he turn back from the sword. The quiver rattles against him, The glittering spear and javelin. He devours the distance with fierceness and rage; Nor does he come to a halt because the trumpet has sounded. At the blast of the trumpet he says, ‘Aha!’ He smells the battle from afar, The thunder of captains and shouting.

In the evolution narrative the appearance of horses is considered to be recent. Very recent, like, why would an animal evolve which is specifically designed to carry humans if there aren’t any humans?
