- Don’t listen to junk.
Social media is filled with profanity. A very simple way to prevent damage to your soul is to mute the volume. Let the stories play, but don’t listen to them. Just observe, so that you can be observed to be observing. Your seeds will be sown and you won’t grieve the Holy Spirit.
