And supper being ended, the devil having already put it into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son, to betray Him, Jesus, knowing that the Father had given all things into His hands, and that He had come from God and was going to God, rose from supper and laid aside His garments, took a towel and girded Himself.
(John 13:2-4) NKJV
The soul is one aspect of life. The Spirit is another.
The Spirit is a vapor, for example Oxygen, which binds with the hemoglobin molecule in red blood cells to animate a body through metabolic processes. The spirit/body entity serves as the host or tabernacle for a soul.
– Spirit, definition
There’s spirit, like Oxygen (O), and then there are Spirits, like the Holy Spirit (ΩO). There are also evil Spirits. Spirits are vaporous molecules or compounds which are inhaled, dissolve in the blood, then enter our heart.
Now after the piece of bread, Satan entered him. Then Jesus said to him, “What you do, do quickly.”
(John 13:27) NKJV
From there they go to the brain and the rest of our body. Now we have a very simple physical mechanism for the operation of spirits.

Heart and soul drive and motivate us. Hopefully we’re motivated to seek the Lord, that’s what were here for.

June 7 (18) – A Clean Heart
The condition of our heart reflects the condition of our relationship with God. It’s manifested both spiritually and physically. God is good to them that have a clean heart, so how do we make our heart clean?
