But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:

The gospel is simple, and the last thing that we want to do is confuse anyone. If you want to be saved there are only two things that you have to do:
Salvation
- Call upon the name of Jesus Christ,
- believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead,
- confess your sin.
That’s it. You don’t have to know any theology. You’re not confessing to original sin, you’re confessing that you (or me) have committed sin. Actual bad things that we ourselves have done.
