And the waters prevailed on the earth one hundred and fifty days.
(Genesis 7:24) NKJV
“Further intrusion of epicontinental seas?” That sounds like a world-wide flood. In fact, it’s a way of saying world-wide flood without using the words world-wide flood. It’s an ecosystem, not a period of time.
Epicontinental is an interesting word. “Epi-” means around the perimeter of “-continental” means landmasses. We need a landmass to be the source of sediment, a sea to deposit sediment in, and the movement of a large amount of water to make this happen. Like a world-wide flood.
The challenge for mainstream science (SciPop) is to come up with plausible rationale which which shoehorns evidence into its narrative. The premise of the narrative is that fossils at the bottom of the stratigraphic column are the oldest, therefore they ought to be the simplest in evolutionary development. We have to induce a way to account for the obvious need of a massive amount of water to move a massive amount of material. We massage a narrative to account for the evidence is a way which supports our premise. This process is called induction.
We’re seeing the same themes over and over again in the attempt by the popular science Peer Review propaganda machine (SciPop) to intentionally cover up the fact that there was a world-wide flood. We can see the emergence of trends which we are compiling into a list of Paleoenvironment doublespeak.
Doublespeak is language that deliberately obscures, disguises, distorts, or reverses the meaning of words. Doublespeak may take the form of euphemisms (e.g. “downsizing” for layoffs and “servicing the target” for bombing), in which case it is primarily meant to make the truth sound more palatable. It may also refer to intentional ambiguity in language or to actual inversions of meaning. In such cases, doublespeak disguises the nature of the truth. Doublespeak is most closely associated with political language. The word is comparable to George Orwell’s Newspeak and Doublethink as used in his book Nineteen Eighty-Four, though the term Doublespeak does not appear there.

August 11th – Pennsylvanian
The premise that Noah’s flood didn’t happen is needed to establish the timescale for biological evolution. However, the evidence clearly shows that Noah’s flood happened.
