Here’s a little nuance for you: Human head don’t have corners, but a beard can. We can illustrate this by putting a cheese slice on a kid’s ball. The cheese has corners, the ball isn’t flat.

Every time the phrase the four corners of the earth occurs in the Bible it’s in the context of the Millennial Kingdom, after the plagues of the tribulation.

A recurring theme in scripture is heaven above and Earth below. Orientation occurs for the first time on the second day. It’s an ordering of the universe which occurred in response to the creation of gravity.

There’s a side effect to the creation of gravity that’s going to upset some people: if the Earth formed around a gravitational singularity then it’s spherical. It’s impossible for the Earth to be flat.

Flat earthers claim that the use of the Hebrew word chug, for circle, in Isaiah 40:22 means that the Earth has to be a flat disk. The idea being that if the Earth was a sphere then the Hebrew word for ball should have been used.

God’s a plan involves us going into eternity in a city which has equal X and Y dimensions, since we’ve satisfied the requirements of a spherical Earth, we’ll model the Millennial Kingdom as foursquare.
