P-waves

“Then he cried and said, ‘Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.’ But Abraham said, ‘Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things; but now he is comforted and you are tormented. And besides all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed, so that those who want to pass from here to you cannot, nor can those from there pass to us.’

P-waves are compression, or sound waves. They can travel through solid, liquid or gas. They make the Earth ring like a bell. When an earthquake happens, hell’s a bell.

S-waves

Then the earth shook and trembled; The foundations of the hills also quaked and were shaken, Because He was angry.

In seismology, S-waves, secondary waves, or shear waves (sometimes called an elastic S-wave) are a type of elastic wave, and are one of the two main types of elastic body waves, so named because they move through the body of an object, unlike surface waves.

S-waves, secondary or shear waves, travel through the Earth’s crust and mantle, they can only propagate through solid material. Shear forces don’t exist in liquids or gas.

The Seismology of Hell

Christian leadership has a bad case of spaghetti syndrome because they didn’t think that it was worthwhile to master the science which has been used to develop the popular science paradigm (SciPop).

University of Maryland geophysicists analyzed thousands of recordings of seismic waves, sound waves traveling through the Earth, to identify echoes from the boundary between Earth’s molten core and the solid mantle layer above it. The echoes revealed more widespread, heterogenous structures—areas of unusually dense, hot rock—at the core-mantle boundary than previously known.

Hell is Expanding

Hell is at the center of the Earth and its expansion is the cause of global warming. This is a predictive testable hypothesis based on ocean water warming data. The location and size of hell are confirmed by seismological data.

The Lowest Parts of the Earth

The lowest parts of the Earth is one of the many ways in which the Bible refers to the core of the Earth. The Hebrew sheol and the Greek hades are used to refer to the underworld realm of the dead, anything below the surface of the Earth.

Above and Below

Know therefore this day, and consider it in thine heart, that the LORD he is God in heaven above, and upon the earth beneath: there is none else.

A recurring theme in scripture is heaven above and Earth below. Orientation occurs for the first time on the second day. It’s an ordering of the universe which occurred in response to the creation of gravity.

Searched out Beneath

Thus saith the LORD; If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, saith the LORD.

The interior of the earth is not seen. The hope of our generation is that hell is a myth. That would mean that there’s no judgement for sin and we can live immoral lives without fearing any consequences.

Unfortunately the very same data that SciPop uses as evidence that there’s no hell may be used as evidence for hell. That’s how evidence works: it’s evidence of whatever you choose to believe about it. This is known as Matty’s Razor.

We all have exactly the same evidence.
Our choice of paradigm determines what we believe it’s evidence of.

Jeremiah’s Logic

IF God will cast off the seed of Israel,
1. If heaven above can be measured,
2. the foundations of the earth can be searched out beneath,
BUT God doesn’t cast off the seed of Israel,
THEN:
1. heaven above can’t be measured,
2. the foundations of the earth can’t be searched out beneath,

The Beginning from the End

Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:

SciPop has a rationalization for why there’s no hell or great gulf of open space inside the earth, because SciPop wants to be an antidote for guilt, and the fear of of judgment and eternal torment.
