Cambrian

Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.

(Matthew 15:14) KJV

The Bible says that there was a world-wide flood, but popular science (SciPop) insists that there’s no evidence of it. A world-wide flood would leave evidence, so where is it?

Paleobotany and the evolution of plants

We’re studying the periods of geological history as described by Wilson N. Stewart.

This was the text book we used in grad school when we studied for a masters of science in Biology.

We’re going to find an abundance of clues in the way that these periods have been described such that, by using deduction, we’ll have to conclude that a world-wide flood is the only way in which the sediments could have been deposited.

Deductive reasoning, also deductive logic, logical deduction or, informally, “top-down” logic, is the process of reasoning from one or more statements (premises) to reach a logically certain conclusion. It differs from inductive reasoning or abductive reasoning.

– Deductive Reasoning, definition (Wikipedia)

Our premise, as always, is God can’t lie and the Bible is true (Principia Mattymatica Principle I). Let’s take the description from Wilson N. Stewart piece-by-piece.

CAMBRIAN
Climate warm and equable. Warm, epicontinental seas supporting an abundance of blue-green, green, and red algae. Abundance of marine invertebrates; first trilobites and foraminifers.
