Thus saith the LORD of hosts, Behold, evil shall go forth from nation to nation, and a great whirlwind shall be raised up from the coasts of the earth.
(Jeremiah 25:32) KJV
Brachiopods aren’t an evolutionary dead-end which got wiped out in a mass extinction. Well, there was a mass extinction, but it didn’t wipe out the Brachiopods.
Millions of Brachiopods were buried in Noah’s flood but millions are alive today. This isn’t one of the supposed intermediate or transitional forms on the ladder of evolutionary progress. The brachiopods alive today look just like the ones which God created about 6,000 years ago.
Inclusion of the word “Brachiopods” ties us into the inescapable conclusion that coastal and maritime natural communities have a profoundly similar structure regardless of what “period” of evolutionary history you look at. Therefore the Silurian isn’t a period of time, it’s the remains of coastal habitat: the coasts of the Earth, elsewhere translated as, “the ends of the earth.”
