Climate Tending to be Uniform

And the waters prevailed exceedingly on the earth, and all the high hills under the whole heaven were covered. The waters prevailed fifteen cubits upward, and the mountains were covered.

(Genesis 7:19-20) NKJV

Climate tending to be uniform, temperate because of extensive inundation of continents“. Our period description opens up with a climate statement which lets us know that this was part of a world-wide flood.

Rise of Higher Insects and Birds

Indeed the cypress trees rejoice over you, And the cedars of Lebanon, Saying, ‘Since you were cut down, No woodsman has come up against us.’

(Isaiah 14:8) NKJV

Rise of higher insects and birds” is an example of Paleodoublespeak. Jurassic sediment contains the preserved remains of dead insects and birds. That’s not evidence of their rise. It’s evidence of their extinction.

Highly Similar Plant Communities

And the bramble said to the trees, ‘If in truth you anoint me as king over you, Then come and take shelter in my shade; But if not, let fire come out of the bramble And devour the cedars of Lebanon!’

(Judges 9:15) NKJV

Statements that the Earth had a uniform equable climate during geological periods are a little misleading. Sediments are assigned to periods based on their flora and fauna, so it’s just a little microcosm of circular reasoning.

Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

(Hebrews 12:1) KJV

Now there’s another anniversary for this date. Today is two years since Matty’s Paradigm became an LLC. The American adventure continues, and so too does the Christian race.

Pumpkinhead

Hear another parable: There was a certain landowner who planted a vineyard and set a hedge around it, dug a winepress in it and built a tower. And he leased it to vinedressers and went into a far country.

(Matthew 21:33) NKJV

On arriving in Champaign, Illinois, in August 1988 our group of three from the University of Wales, Bangor, were taken to an apartment where three Sorority girls had offered to let us crash until the dorms opened. They were Tri Deltas, ΔΔΔ, although we had no idea what that meant at the time.
