Eccentricity

Canst thou bind the sweet influences of Pleiades, or loose the bands of Orion?
Canst thou bring forth Mazzaroth in his season? or canst thou guide Arcturus with his sons? Knowest thou the ordinances of heaven? canst thou set the dominion thereof in the earth?

(Job 38:31-33) KJV

There’s a nuance in discussing variation in the orbital radius of the sun vs. the Earth-sun radial distance. This gives popular science (SciPop) the ammo it needs to oppose anyone who proposes a Geocentrospheric model.

Earth-sun Radius

Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun, Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race. His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof.

(Psalms 19:4-6) KJV

Contrary to popular opinion, the Earth doesn’t have an elliptical orbit of the sun. The Earth-sun radius is, for all practical purposes, constant.

Mainstream Science Needs Faith

Timothy, keep safe what has been entrusted to your care. Avoid the profane talk and foolish arguments of what some people wrongly call “Knowledge.” For some have claimed to possess it, and as a result they have lost the way of faith.

God’s grace be with you all.

(1 Timothy 6:20-21) Good News Translation

A lot of people are involved in the science vs. faith debate. This is rather ironic since what they refer to as “science” is a sad parody called mainstream science (SciPop) which requires just as much faith as any religion does.

Ellipses

When the sun rises, they gather together And lie down in their dens.

(Psalms 104:22) NKJV

Kepler’s 1st law is empirical, that’s to say, based on direct observation. The thing is, the observation isn’t heliocentricity. Direct observation tells us that the sun is at ONE focus of elliptical planetary orbits. Here’s why this is important:

An ellipse forms when an object is attracted to two sources of gravity. They are focus 1 (f1) and focus 2 (f2).

The plural is foci.

Kepler’s Laws

And there will be signs in sun and moon and stars, and on the earth distress of nations in perplexity because of the roaring of the sea and the waves,

(Luke 21:25) ESV

Kepler’s laws don’t prove heliocentricity, they prove that the sun is at one focus of elliptical planetary orbits. The Earth is the other focus. Kepler couldn’t find the second focus because he was standing on it.

Elliptical planetary orbits with two foci, the earth and the sun

Corollary V – Kepler’s Laws

Daniel answered in the presence of the king, and said, The secret which the king hath demanded cannot the wise men, the astrologers, the magicians, the soothsayers, shew unto the king; But there is a God in heaven that revealeth secrets, and maketh known to the king Nebuchadnezzar what shall be in the latter days.

(Daniel 2:27-28a) KJV

Kepler’s Laws are the weakest point of the theoretical foundation of popular science (SciPop). The weakness is that Kepler’s laws are derived empirically, but they’re applied theoretically.

e·clip·tic /əˈkliptik/

God made a home in the sky for the sun;
it comes out in the morning like a happy bridegroom,
like an athlete eager to run a race.
It starts at one end of the sky
and goes across to the other.
Nothing can hide from its heat.

(Psalms 19:4b-6) Good News Translation

We love our trolls. They help in so many ways. The first is by boosting our engagement stats. The second is the encouragement that we get from them. A troll said the nicest thing that anyone has said to us in a long time:

Kepler didn’t Understand Kepler’s 1st Law

The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

(2 Thessalonians 2:9-12) New King James Version

Either Kepler didn’t understand his own laws, or he lied about them. Ellipses have two foci except, it seems, in the popular science SciPop heliocentric model (SciPop), in which elliptical planetary orbits have one.
