And He answered and said to them,“Have you not read that He who made them at the beginning ‘made them male and female,’ and said, ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’?(Matthew 19:4-5) NKJV
The Holy Trinity is the origin of gender. God refers to himself as male, Alpha, the Father. Jesus Christ, the begotten, is the Son. Simple deduction gives the gender of the Holy Spirit, Omega, to be female.

Souls Originate in the Center of the Earth
My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.(Psalms 139:15) KJV
We can combine the doctrine that we’ve existed from the foundation of the world (first cause), gravitation, the broad narrative of scripture, and redemption into a unified theory of everything and deduce the nature of the soul.

And he that talked with me had a golden reed to measure the city, and the gates thereof, and the wall thereof. And the city lieth foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth and the height of it are equal. And he measured the wall thereof, an hundred and forty and four cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of the angel. (Revelation 21:15-17) KJV
1+1 = 2 is math, but it is also logical. It’s an example of cause and effect. The cause (1+1) produces the effect (2). God established the relationship between cause and effect when the Son, Jesus Christ, was begotten.

Why did God Create the Universe?
Sing unto the LORD a new song, and his praise from the end of the earth, ye that go down to the sea, and all that is therein; the isles, and the inhabitants thereof.(Isaiah 42:10) KJV
Why did God create the universe? God created the universe so that sentient beings with free will could make a choice between light or darkness, life or death.
