A New Definition For Gravity

Then said he unto them, Therefore every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old.

The attractive force of a body which we can measure isn’t a property of the body itself, it’s imparted to it because it’s in a gravitational field. This leads to a new definition for gravity which is axiomatic.

Gravity (A) is a field emitted from a created instance (a singularity) which causes a body to have attractive force (p) proportional to its mass and inversely proportional to the square of its distance from the source (pG).

G is the gravitational constant. This is a general physical law derived from empirical observations by using deduction.

Fortunately for us the Bible contains an extensively developed theory and law of gravity which is congruent with all physical evidence and empirical observation but it means that, unfortunately for a lot of people (including Christians) the Bible is true and contains accurate physics. We develop it in the daily devotional for February.

Matter existed before gravity was created (Genesis 1:2). Gravity was created on the second day and the doctrine of it is identified throughout the Old Testament by the phrase the foundation of the earth. Gravity consists of created instances (singularities and nodes) that have variable quantity and frequency. This affects the composition and mass of the resultant body. As such, mass is proportional to gravity, and not the other way around.

This understanding allows us to account for all of the measured effects of gravity, and it doesn’t change any of the math or physics that we use to manage the effects of gravity. It does however relegate Newton and Einstein to the status of quaint opportunistic hacks.
