Characteristics

And the LORD smelled a sweet savour; and the LORD said in his heart, I will not again curse the ground any more for man’s sake; for the imagination of man’s heart is evil from his youth; neither will I again smite any more every thing living, as I have done.

(Genesis 8:21) KJV emphasis added

We need to compile a list of what the Bible considers to be characteristics of the heart.

Thoughts and Intents

And Jonathan said to the young man that bare his armour, Come, and let us go over unto the garrison of these uncircumcised: it may be that the LORD will work for us: for there is no restraint to the LORD to save by many or by few. And his armourbearer said unto him, Do all that is in thine heart: turn thee; behold, I am with thee according to thy heart.

(1 Samuel 14:7) KJV

We can sort the characteristics of the heart into thoughts and Intents and expand our understanding of Who Am I? Thoughts, quite naturally, stay in the mind. Intents are when we’re driven or motivated to act. We may or may not carry out the act, but it was an intent.

Two Trees

And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed. And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.

(Genesis 2:8-9) KJV

We have lots of questions and definitions today. I thought I’d share them.

  • Question:
    • IF God created a perfect world which got ruined by accident,
    • THEN why was the tree of knowledge of good and evil in the garden of Eden?
  • Answer:
    • God didn’t create a perfect world.
  • Question:
    • WHY did God put the tree of knowledge of good and evil in the garden,
    • IF he knew that eating the fruit would ruin his creation?
  • Answer:
    • Eating the fruit didn’t ruin God’s creation.
  • Question:
    • IF God’s perfect world wasn’t supposed to fall into corruption, Plan A,
    • THEN was Christ’s death on the cross Plan B?
  • Answer:
    • God didn’t create a perfect world.
  • Question:
    • IF our soul is eternal,
    • WHY would we need a tree of life?
  • Answer:
    • The tree of life is for healing the body, not the soul.

Abiogenesis is the creative will of God expressed as progressively more complex biological life over the course of the 6 days of creation.

– Abiogenesis, definition

Devolution is change in allele frequency in a population, combined with accumulated mutations and DNA replication errors, that causes genomic decay, sickness, and loss of variability over time. It includes both macro and micro evolution. It began at the fall of man in Genesis 3:16.

– Devolution, definition

Devolution is the process of genetic change over time by which the animals saved on Noah’s ark gave rise to the distribution of current biodiversity.

– Devolution, context

Evolution on the scale required in the SciPop paradigm requires death. There was no death before sin, therefore the evolutionary basis of the Phylogenetic Tree of Life is impossible.

What is Life?

And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven.

(Genesis 1:20-23) KJV

The biological definition of life and what the Bible describes as living aren’t the same thing. This is important to know as we see how the process of creation unfolded. Biology is the foundation of secular humanism.

The Vanishing Point

Creation Theory Predictive Testable Hypothesis 27

He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also He has put eternity in their hearts, except that no one can find out the work that God does from beginning to end.

( Ecclesiastes 3:11 ) NKJV

Predictive Testable Hypothesis 27

  • IF the earth formed around a gravitational singularity,
    • AND a force, A Gravity, propels our souls up to the surface of earth and then, depending on our response to Jesus Christ, up to heaven,
  • THEN our souls are gravity nodes which formed in the center of the earth.

We deduce that each human soul is a gravity node, combine it with the doctrine of redemption, incorporate gravitational time dilation and weave it seamlessly into the broad narrative of scripture.

Take the Water of Life

And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

(Revelation 22:17) KJV

We “take the water of life” by accepting Jesus Christ as our savior. It’s very important because hell is real, it’s a ball of molten radioactive slag at the center of the Earth.

Doggie Heaven?

Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

(Revelation 22:14-15) KJV

In the Bible the word dogs is often a euphemism for morally depraved people. There are no dogs in heaven, but does this mean that there are no Canines in heaven?

Deep Water

Stylalized ball-and-stick water molecule

The purpose in a man’s heart is like deep water, but a man of understanding will draw it out.

(Proverbs 20:5) ESV

Before moving on to the physics of what God did with the waters of the deep, we need to see if there’s anything to be learned from the Bible about what water actually IS.

Predestination

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.

(Romans 8:28-30) KJV

We need to tie together the scientific and Biblical rationalization of Matty’s Paradigm with the message of peace and comfort that the Bible has for those who love the Lord.
