The Role of Heliocentricity

The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

(2 Thessalonians 2:9-12) NKJV

The only way for the sun to orbit Earth is if God created it that way, there’s no other explanation. In contrast, if Earth orbits the sun then God’s an optional extra in a narrative he didn’t cause.

The Bible tells us that the truth about God has been made known to everyone so that no one has an excuse not to believe. The truth is evident from the creation around us. As such we’re on the Earth, we observe the cosmos from the Earth, our frame of reference is inherently and empirically Geocentrospheric. It’s obvious. There’s a simple way to understand the issue: it’s a matter of relative motion and frame of reference.

Heliocentric or Geocentrospheric?

  • IF you were on the Sun you’d be observing heliocentricity,
  • SINCE you’re not, you’re on the Earth, you’re observing Geocentrosphericity.

The thing is, we’ve also been given a choice. We’re not required to believe in God, that’s up to us. As such there has to be a plausible alternative. The alternative isn’t obvious, it’s contrived, and requires considerable mental gymnastics to comprehend. The Bible refers to it as a strong delusion. However, it’s available. It’s popular science (SciPop): a pseudoscientific validation of the Star Trek universe. That’s God living up to his promise and allowing us to have free will.

There’s no point having a theory of evolution if people believe that the sun orbits the Earth. Separate the cosmos from God and then the evolutionary origin of humanity begins to sound plausible. Heliocentricity sets the stage for the evolutionary origin of humanity, supposedly the antidote to God. Now it’s possible to see that evolution is a pawn in sun worship masquerading as heliocentricity.
