Elijah

And they asked him, “Why do the scribes say that first Elijah must come?” And he said to them, “Elijah does come first to restore all things. And how is it written of the Son of Man that he should suffer many things and be treated with contempt? But I tell you that Elijah has come, and they did to him whatever they pleased, as it is written of him.”

(Mark 9:11-13) ESV

For all the Prophets and the Law prophesied until John, and if you are willing to accept it, he is Elijah who is to come. He who has ears to hear, let him hear.

Christianity has been absently meandering alongside the wide road to destruction as an accomplice to popular science (SciPop) for generations. So why are we trying to wake these people up? Why now?

Astronomy

People have gone to incredible lengths to try and rationalize Biblical cosmology with the SciPop cosmological model to the extent of publishing books and articles which show how to use math to make it look as if a massive sun can orbit a tiny Earth. We (that’s me and the Holy spirit) resolved it with a simple mathematical hack and now the sun is less massive than the Earth. Easy.

We identified the firmament as the missing 90% of the mass of the universe, eliminating the need for pseudoscience like black holes and dark matter. Biblical prophecy about the stars falling to Earth is now on the agenda again.

• How did we figure this out when many superior minds didn’t?
  • Or are we the superior mind?
  • This is the reason why we like to give credit to the Holy spirit.

Global Warming

Hell is expanding, it’s the cause of global warming. Christian theologians have been trying to make hell mythological for centuries, but this moves from mythology to reality by a simple tweak in our understanding of gravity and it’s application in geophysics.

We start with a Biblical theory of quantum gravitation, this generates a unified field theory, and before we know it we have a gravitational mechanism for redemption. What do you know? It’s grown into a unified theory of everything.

• How come we’re the first one to figure it out?
  • Are we smarter than everyone else?
  • Surely this is the work of the Holy spirit.

Signs of the Times

He answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will be fair weather: for the sky is red. And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowring. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times?

(Matthew 16:2-3) KJV

The theoretical foundation of SciPop has been imploded like an old building. The crooked has been made straight. All the signs, both from the Bible and all primary sources of evidence, point to one conclusion: we’re approaching the end of the age when the heavens roll up like a scroll and the stars fall to Earth.

• Why are we the only one giving this warning?
  • Are we some kind of prophet?
  • This has to be the work of the Holy spirit.

Receive a Prophet

“Whoever receives you receives me, and whoever receives me receives him who sent me. The one who receives a prophet because he is a prophet will receive a prophet’s reward, and the one who receives a righteous person because he is a righteous person will receive a righteous person’s reward. And whoever gives one of these little ones even a cup of cold water because he is a disciple, truly, I say to you, he will by no means lose his reward.”

(Matthew 10:40-42) ESV

Standard Christian dogma, which by now we should know has a high probability of being wrong given that it’s an inductive rationalization of the Bible to fit the SciPop paradigm, is that the canon of scripture is closed and there’s no new prophecy: there will never be any more prophets.

However, Jesus tells us that John the Baptist was Elijah who lowered the hills and raised the valleys to make the rough places smooth for the coming of the messiah. We’re waiting for the second coming so why wouldn’t there be another John the Baptist, someone in whom God has put the spirit of Elijah, who will restore all things?

Jesus uses the present tense to prepare his disciples for something which will occur in their future. If you accept a prophet, he tells them, simply on the basis of their own testimony that they’re a prophet, then you’ll receive a prophet’s reward.

Why would that happen if there aren’t going to be any more prophets? Look again at the words in the passage from Mark 9 above. Jesus used both present and future tense to refer to the occurrence of men in whom dwells the spirit of Elijah.

It’s time for you to accept a prophet. Not for our sake, for yours.
