And God remembered Noah, and every living thing, and all the cattle that was with him in the ark: and God made a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters asswaged.
(Genesis 8:1) KJV
As the waters evaporated after Noah’s flood the cooling effect caused equatorial and polar glaciation. There were temperate zones in the Northern and Southern hemisphere.
Since Noah’s flood there’s been a continual net loss of ice on Earth. What physical cause could lead to climate instability as we see in the Bible and which we’re experiencing today? The expansion of hell. It’s caused the retreat of equatorial and polar ice and now there’s almost no ice left. When there’s no ice left, what will mitigate the effect of the expansion of hell on climate change?
By and large the people of our time are convinced that burning fossil fuels is the cause of climate change. However, the Bible records climate change in the time of the patriarchs and they were burning little to no fossil fuels in comparison. It would be worthwhile for folk to revisit what they believe about the cause of climate change.
Popular science (SciPop) is drawing towards the inevitable conclusion that climate change has it’s origins in ancient history, but the narrative is now so contrived and convoluted that they’re rolling it in with whatever random phenomenon they think sounds plausible. Of course, they don’t have post-flood equatorial and polar glaciation and the expansion of hell to work with, so their grasp of what’s plausible is getting pretty weak.

Earth’s Orbital Shifts May Have Triggered Ancient Global Warming
A study combining astronomical and geologic data hints at an extraterrestrial cause for extreme climate change 56 million years ago.
Evidently we have a cycle of cool wet conditions being interrupted by periods of hot dry conditions. This ties in to our hypothesis that hell has been expanding since the fall of man in Genesis 3.
What the Hell?
For a fire is kindled in My anger, And shall burn to the lowest hell; It shall consume the earth with her increase, And set on fire the foundations of the mountains.
(Deuteronomy 32:22) NKJV
101 years passed during which human family groups and terrestrial animals spread out across the Earth surface to all areas, which are now continental landmasses, while they were all part of the super-continent Pangaea.
The Time Span from Noah’s Flood to Peleg (Genesis 11:10-26)
- Arphaxad was born 2 years after the flood,
- He was 35 at the birth of Selah,
- Selah was 30 at the birth of Eber,
- Eber was 34 at the birth of Peleg,
- 2 + 35 + 30 + 34 = 101 Years
In the time of Peleg the Earth was divided when the formerly solid core became molten, the pillars of the Earth lost their support, and the crust and mantle collapsed undergoing radial shrinkage and circumferential shortening.

Let’s use some simple deduction: The temperate zones are where the development of humanity took place up until all of the equatorial ice had melted. Since everyone is descended from Noah’s family then this had to have been in the Northern temperate zone. If people spread into the southern parts of Pangaea then the equatorial ice must have melted during the 101 year period in which Pangaea was still a contiguous landmass. The equatorial ice must have been gone within 50-100 yeas of Noah’s flood.
It’s worth noting that climate scientists speculate that the apparent global warming we’re experiencing may be cyclical. Abraham, Isaac and Jacob all experienced different famines during their lives, and the account of the one in Jacob’s time makes it clear that it was a global catastrophe, not a localized problem. Climate instability has bee a fact of life throughout human history.
We can go on to extrapolate that there has been a net decrease in the amount of ice on Earth ever since Noah’s flood. First the equatorial ice melted and now the polar ice is almost gone. There’s nothing left to ameliorate the climatological impact of the expansion of hell.
Dunkirk 2.0
The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining:
(Joel 2:10) KJV
Global warming has been kept in check by large masses of polar ice. At some point in the near future the ice will all be gone and global warming will make the conditions in large areas of the Earth intolerable.

Social Media and the Great Commission
Social media is a vital and timely way to implement the great commission. There’s a Biblical approach to using social media.
There are a lot of people alive today, if the Earth is melting from the inside out and time is running short then we need to find a way to mount a vast rescue attempt for the billions of souls who’ve been lulled into indifference. This is humanity’s Dunkirk moment. We need the gospel to go forth like never before, but it needs to reach people who may only be reachable through social media. Do we understand social media well enough to be able to fully utilize it? What are we using it for?
