Hypothesis 14

He bowed the heavens also, and came down; and darkness was under his feet.

(2 Samuel 22:10) NKJV

The first axiom of popular science (SciPop) is There’s a causal relationship between space-time and gravity. It’s Newton’s law of universal gravitation. Dark matter is a major deity in the atheist pantheon assigned to defend this axiom.

90% of Your Mass is Missing

Stylalized ball-and-stick water molecule

So we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day. For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.

(2 Corinthians 4:16-18) NKJV

We (that’s me and the Holy spirit) have an illustration from Physics that shows how Biblical literalists don’t have an inkling of the extent to which the Bible can be taken literally.

The Distance to the Firmament

Is not God in the height of heaven? and behold the height of the stars, how high they are! And thou sayest, How doth God know? can he judge through the dark cloud? Thick clouds are a covering to him, that he seeth not; and he walketh in the circuit of heaven.

(Job 22:12-14) KJV

The distance to the firmament (heaven), from the center of the Earth, is approx. 1,736,441 light years. But we (that’s me and the Holy spirit) would appreciate it if someone would check our math.

The Danger of Peer Review

He bowed the heavens also, and came down: and darkness was under his feet. And he rode upon a cherub, and did fly: yea, he did fly upon the wings of the wind. He made darkness his secret place; his pavilion round about him were dark waters and thick clouds of the skies. At the brightness that was before him his thick clouds passed, hail stones and coals of fire.

(Psalms 18:9-12) KJV

Dark matter doesn’t exist. However it’s necessary, in the popular science paradigm (SciPop), because the firmament is the source of gravitational interaction which keeps the universe in its current stable state.

The Windows of Heaven

In the six hundredth year of Noah’s life, in the second month, on the seventeenth day of the month, on that day all the fountains of the great deep burst forth, and the windows of the heavens were opened.

(Genesis 7:11) ESV

The windows of heaven are described in scripture as physical structures which may be opened or closed. This is possible because the firmament is a sphere of rigid crystal on the edge of space.

The Narrative of Dark Matter

For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables.

(2 Timothy 4:3-4) NKJV

Dark matter doesn’t exist anywhere outside the popular science paradigm (SciPop). It’s not a fact. Its existence is desired because the alternative is a firmament on the edge of space which is incompatible with the SciPop narrative.
