Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.(Psalms 90:2) KJV
When there were no depths, I was brought forth; when there were no fountains abounding with water.(Proverbs 8:24) KJV
We all have the same evidence. Our choice of paradigm determines what we think it’s evidence of.– Matty’s Razor
The key here is the phrase from the passage above I was brought forth, the Hebrew word chuwl. The way that the Hebrews pronounce ch the c is silent and it’s more of a guttural huh sound. This would sound like howl. Before there was anything, at least, anything recognizable as this material world, the Son was brought forth.
Referring back to our context, in the creative process we’ve not gotten to let there be light yet, we’re still at Genesis 1:1. Before the step-by-step sequence of the six days of creation begins, there was an act of conception and the birth of a child. The only begotten of the Father, Jesus Christ. It would seem that before the Big Bang there was a Loud Howl.
This is a major departure from established Christian doctrine. The idea that God created the universe from nothing (Ex nihilo) has been established as a fundamental Christian doctrine. It’s not in the Bible. Flush it.
The universe wasn’t created from nothing, ex nihilo, it was begotten, ex abyssi. The Word was made flesh is an apt summary, but there’s a physical process behind it which resolves the gospel and the plan of redemption with Physics and Chemistry.
