God as the Holy Trinity existed with a formless mass of water in darkness, but they weren’t the only ones present. There are passages in the Bible that make it clear that God had already created all human souls.
Therefore do not be ashamed of the testimony about our Lord, nor of me his prisoner, but share in suffering for the gospel by the power of God, who saved us and called us to a holy calling, not because of our works but because of his own purpose and grace, which he gave us in Christ Jesus before the ages began,

The soul is our mind and heart, our consciousness and personality. It appears to have no physical nature but it exists alongside the spirit in our bodies. We’ve developed four separate lines of deductive reasoning to conclude that the human soul is a node of gravity, which is why it’s currently undetectable by popular science (SciPop) but is able to transfer our personality, memories and experiences, to a new body for those who are born again, or exist in a non-corporeal state in hell for those who aren’t.
God the Father, Son and Spirit, created all souls as nascent minds, the companions with whom He wanted to have fellowship. Until God created, chose or found water there was no way for Him to physically manifest them as people with the free will to make a choice about their eternal destiny.

We’re going to deduce the nature of the deep but you’re probably not going to like the conclusion we reach. At some point, which happens to be the moment that the Biblical account of creation begins, God decided to use the water as a way of forming a physical matrix in which the nascent minds can be given life in the form of physical bodies inhabiting the Earth.
If we use deductive reasoning we can determine the origin and nature of the deep. We start with a basic knowledge of particle physics. We’ve all been trained to believe that water has the chemical formula H2O. It contains Hydrogen and Oxygen. You may or may not know that water is an unstable plasma of two ionic species: Hydrogen H+, and Hydroxyl OH–. This has the same chemical formula, H2O, but it doesn’t exist as the triangular molecule that we traditionally think of.
The H+ in the deep will be the source of protons for nucleosynthesis, but we’re not up to that place in the creative process yet, we still have a lot more digging to do.
