For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him. And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together.(Colossians 1:16-17) ESV
As strange as it may sound we have to overcome the ridiculous notion that God created the universe from nothing. Invisible isn’t nothing it’s unseen, like the air we breath. It’s made of atoms and molecules like everything else.

For I received from the Lord what I also delivered to you, that the Lord Jesus on the night when he was betrayed took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it, and said, “This is my body, which is for you. Do this in remembrance of me.”(1 Corinthians 11:23-24) ESV
We need to demonstrate a logical progression [from] the elements produced by nucleosynthesis [to] organic life with replicating DNA. Fortunately science did a bang up job of documenting it.

When the exiles arrived at the Lord’s Temple in Jerusalem, some of the leaders of the clans gave freewill offerings to help rebuild the Temple on its old site. They gave as much as they could for this work, and the total came to 1,030 pounds of gold, 5,740 pounds of silver, and 100 robes for priests.(Ezra 2:68-69) Good News Translation
The idea that the presence of God dwells in a specific place, as a theme, doesn’t get picked up until King David wanted to build a temple. Up until that time the Lord used a tabernacle as the center of worship.

O Timothy! Guard what was committed to your trust, avoiding the profane and idle babblings and contradictions of what is falsely called knowledge— by professing it some have strayed concerning the faith.(1 Timothy 6:20-21) NKJV
“I’m not a scientist…” is the response that we (that’s me and the Holy spirit) used to get whenever we tried to talk with a Pastor about science. It precedes an admission of ignorance.

In the beginning the Word already existed; the Word was with God, and the Word was God. From the very beginning the Word was with God.(John 1:1-2) Good News Translation
The deep existed in the beginning, before God began to create the universe as we know it. This means that creation isn’t Ex nihilo, it’s Ex abyssi. It’s obvious but everyone else missed it completely.

And because of him you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, righteousness and sanctification and redemption, so that, as it is written, “Let the one who boasts, boast in the Lord.”(1 Corinthians 1:30-31) ESV
We successfully tested the hypothesis that the deep, the Word of God and Jesus Christ are identities of God the Son. The scriptural context of each one is congruent with the featured passage. It’s Hypothesis 18.

And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.(John 1:5) NKJV
It got dark at the end of the first day. This is another way in which we can see how God the Son has been manifested as three distinct identities.

In him was life, and the life was the light of men.(John 1:4) ESV
When we combine a plain reading of the texts with deductive logic it’s easy to show that Jesus Christ, the Word and “the deep” are all synonyms for God the Son.

Through him God made all things; not one thing in all creation was made without him.(John 1:3) Good news Translation
If all things were made through the Word and through Jesus Christ then they’re the same person. If the physics is that “the deep” is the source of hydrogen for nucleosynthesis then this is Him also, by default not theology.

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.(Genesis 1:1-2) KJV
We (that’s me and the Holy spirit) deduce the true nature of water. It’s safe to say, which is to say it’s Biblically accurate, that water existed before God began the work of creation.
