We’ve developed a model of the interior of the Earth based on the Word of God, and an understanding of cause and effect, which has levels of hell and accounts for an assortment of references to physical structures of the Earth.

Graves and Pits
O LORD, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.
(Psalms 30:3) KJV
One of the repercussions of the fall of man on creation was the start of nuclear decay. This was the beginning of hell, or at least, part of it. Hell is a complex of the regions of the interior of the Earth.

before he had made the earth with its fields, or the first of the dust of the world.
(Proverbs 8:26) ESV
The planet Earth is usually referred to using the Hebrew word erets. It’s modified in many ways and gives a lot of detail about the Earth’s structure.

For great is thy mercy toward me: and thou hast delivered my soul from the lowest hell.
(Psalms 86:13) KJV
The ancient Hebrews had a well developed idea of life after death. For them death, the grave, was a portal into a complex underworld realm. The grave is just the beginning of what happens next.

It was therefore necessary that the patterns of things in the heavens should be purified with these; but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these.
(Hebrews 9:23) KJV
We have a way to account for physical evidence, the banded iron formations and enigmatic Precambrian fossils, in a way that’s strikingly similar to the narrative induced by mainstream science (SciPop).

By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire. Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee. Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee.
(Ezekiel 28:16-19) KJV
All they that know thee among the people shall be astonished at thee: thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt thou be any more.
According to Ezekiel the anointed Cherub had finely crafted garments and played musical instruments. He was stationed on the East of Eden. Remember that.

You were in Eden, the garden of God; Every precious stone was your covering: The sardius, topaz, and diamond, Beryl, onyx, and jasper, Sapphire, turquoise, and emerald with gold. The workmanship of your timbrels and pipes Was prepared for you on the day you were created.
“You were the anointed cherub who covers; I established you; You were on the holy mountain of God; You walked back and forth in the midst of fiery stones. You were perfect in your ways from the day you were created, Till iniquity was found in you.
(Ezekiel 28:13-15) NKJV
We’re told that the anointed cherub was in Eden the garden of God. He was upon the holy mountain of God and walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire until iniquity was found in him.

Also out of the midst thereof came the likeness of four living creatures. And this was their appearance; they had the likeness of a man. And every one had four faces, and every one had four wings. And their feet were straight feet; and the sole of their feet was like the sole of a calf’s foot: and they sparkled like the colour of burnished brass. And they had the hands of a man under their wings on their four sides; and they four had their faces and their wings. Their wings were joined one to another; they turned not when they went; they went every one straight forward. As for the likeness of their faces, they four had the face of a man, and the face of a lion, on the right side: and they four had the face of an ox on the left side; they four also had the face of an eagle. Thus were their faces: and their wings were stretched upward; two wings of every one were joined one to another, and two covered their bodies.
(Ezekiel 1:5-11) KJV
We’re going to use the Cherubim as a case study of the benefit of using spherogenetic systematics as a deductive tool. According to scripture Cherubim have mostly mammalian, not reptilian, characteristics.
